  • WHAT IS THE STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME?

    TYPICALLY, OUR TURNAROUND TIME IS 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE ORDER PROOF IS APPROVED. ALTHOUGH IT CAN VARY DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR, 10 BUSINESS DAYS IS GENERALLY HOW LONG IT TAKES US TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. RUSH SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

  • DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

    Yes. Every order requires an upfront deposit of half of the invoice total to secure a spot in our production schedule. We will not move forward with any part of your order without receiving a deposit and approval of an order proof. 

  • DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM QUANTITY TO ORDER?

    Yes. Our minimum is 50 pieces per design. 

  • WHERE CAN I FIND PRICING?

    Please contact us via mail or the chat and we will get back to you ASAP to review the details of your project. Every project is different and it is easiest for us (and you) if we work together on the logistics to provide an accurate and fair price.

  • WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

    We use UPS.

  • DO YOU OFFER PANTONE MATCHING?

    Yes, we can custom mix just about any Pantone color.
